Rehab.

These words keep flowing

I’m holding them hostage

I can’t let them free

She won’t let me be

I won’t let her breathe

I can’t let her see

One hand on her mouth

One hand over eyes

I tried to drown her with tears

So much, there’s nothing left

Blank stares

Snap back

Don’t back track

With every new smile she’s slowly disappearing

But she keeps whispering in my ear

Begging for a taste

Drugs are bad

But every laugh feels better with you

All my senses magnify with you

Drugs are bad

Feening for a fix

She’s begging me

But I’m trying to stay clean

It looks better on me
